How to request support

Send and email to email@example.com, our ticketing system will assign to you a ticket number and your ticket is inserted in the tickets queue. Our support team will check it as soon as possible and decide the priority according to the Sample Priority Coding System.

the default selection it will be Entercloudsuite, so you can click the Next button. Now you can insert all your data to open a ticket: * First and Last Name * Email * Bug Report (che the box only if you want to report a bug) * Subject * Text that explain the problem
After that, press the “submit” button to send the ticket.
When the ticket is sent, the system reports the summary of your ticket and the Ticket ID, then the ticket is inserted in the tickets queue.
Our support team will check it as soon as possible and decide the priority according to the “Sample Priority Coding System”.
If you want to review or manage your ticket, use your username and password to login into the system.
If you don’t remember the password, press the “Lost password” button:
then type the Email, CAPTCHA Verification and press the Submit button:

just press the link and you will be redirected to the reset password page:

Press the Live Support or Live Chat button to open the chat page
Insert Full Name, Email (preferably the same used in the dashboard login), and type your question. Click Start Chat to start and then you will be inserted in the chat queue, our operator will help you as soon as possible.
